Victor was born in London, England and came to the US in 1979 as a pre-teen. Today he loves to travel abroad, and London is one of his preferred destinations. A life-long Los Angeles Rams fan, he enjoys watching sports and crime movies with his wife. He’s also a self-described national news junkie and enjoys going out to dinner with family and friends.
